Section 1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QuantZenAI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
Section 2Description of Service
QuantZenAI is an AI-powered trading analysis platform that provides:
- AI-driven stock screening and analysis using Claude AI
- Automated trade execution via connected broker accounts
- Portfolio management, backtesting, and risk management tools
- Real-time market data, scanners, and sector heatmaps
QuantZenAI is a technology platform, not an investment advisory service. The Platform does not provide personalized investment advice, financial planning, or portfolio management recommendations.
Section 3Account Registration
To use the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You agree to:
- Provide truthful registration information including a valid email address
- Maintain only one account per person
- Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be at least 18 years of age to create an account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Section 4Subscription & Payments
QuantZenAI offers three subscription tiers:
- Free — Basic dashboard, market scanner, and market pulse features at no cost
- Pro — Strategy builder, backtesting, active trading, and risk management tools
- Elite — AI Quant Bot (Claude AI), Deep Research, US market trading, and priority support
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable rate (monthly or yearly). Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page. Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will downgrade to Free. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Section 5Trading Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Please read this section carefully.
- QuantZenAI is NOT registered with SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) as an investment advisor, research analyst, or portfolio manager
- The Platform does NOT provide investment advice. All AI-generated signals, scores, and trade suggestions are for informational and educational purposes only
- Past performance does not guarantee future results. Historical backtest data and AI screening results are not indicative of future returns
- Trading in securities involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your invested capital
- You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions
Section 6Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, algorithms, UI design, logos, text, graphics, and documentation — is the exclusive property of QuantZenAI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
Section 7Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- QuantZenAI is not liable for any trading losses incurred through the use of the Platform, whether in paper or live trading mode
- AI-generated trade decisions, scores, and signals are suggestions, not guarantees. The AI may produce incorrect or suboptimal results
- We are not responsible for losses arising from system downtime, data inaccuracies, delayed execution, or technical failures
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim
Section 8Broker Integration
The Platform integrates with third-party brokers including Upstox, Dhan, Fyers, AngelOne, ICICI Direct, Kotak Neo, and Alpaca. You acknowledge that:
- Broker connections are governed by each broker's own terms of service
- We are not responsible for broker service outages, order rejections, execution delays, or any failures on the broker's end
- Your broker credentials are stored securely and used solely for authorized trading operations
- You must maintain valid broker accounts and comply with all applicable broker and exchange regulations
Section 9Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if you:
- Violate any provision of these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
- Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or compromise the Platform's security
- Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access
- Use the Platform to manipulate markets or engage in prohibited trading practices
Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
Section 10Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
